Goldband Records was first founded in 1945 , by Eddie Shuler to record music for his band The Reveliers. In the over 60 years since it`s first release Eddie Shuler and the Goldband Recording Company have recorded some of the South`s most important and distinctive musical styles and sounds, including Cajun, Zydeco, R&B, Rockabilly, Hillbilly and Swamp Pop.
