During a visit to Donaufestival we had the chance to speak to two incredible musicians. First up we met Cairo’s psychedelic shaabi pioneer, Maurice Louca to talk about Egypt’s thriving music scene and collaborating with Sam Shalabi and Alan Bishop. Then we got to speak to longer-serving multi-instrumentalist in Scotland’s legendary Mogwai, Barry Burns, to talk about two decades of soaring rock and their latest soundtrack work, Atomic.
