After a four-year hiatus, Bluegrass Junction is back!

Most of the music played during this episode of Bluegrass Junction are songs from the album „The Goat Rodeo Sessions“, which is a groundbreaking bluegrass/classical crossover album that brings together an ensemble of four string virtuosos: cellist Yo-Yo Ma, fiddler Stuart Duncan, bassist Edgar Meyer and mandolin player Chris Thile. The album won the 2013 Grammy Award for Best Folk Album. The versions of the songs we played come from the concert DVD: „The Goat Rodeo Sessions LIVE“.  We hope you enjoy it.
