Extreme Bluegrass

Most of the music played during this broadcast of Bluegrass Junction are songs from the album, “Music for Two”,  by Edgar Meyer and Béla Fleck, which was created and recorded while on the “Perpetual Motion” tour and released by Sony Classical in 2004. Most of the pieces are original compositions by Meyer and Fleck, as collaborations or solo creations. They also perform arrangements of music by J. S. Bach, Henry Eccles, and Miles Davis.

This program was made possible by the generous donations from our sponsor: Bebop-a-Reebop Bakery, 2110 E Franklin Ave, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

If there’s one thing that can revive a guy,
it’s a nice big piece of rhubarb pie,
Serve it up, nice and hot,
Maybe things aren’t as bad as you thought,
Momma’s little baby loves rhubarb, rhubarb,
Bebop-a-Reebop, rhubarb pie.

Wouldn’t this be a great time for a piece of rhubarb pie? Yes, nothing gets the taste of shame and humiliation out of your mouth quite like Bebop-a-Reebop rhubarb pie.
