Today we talk to Parwiz Kawa.

He is a Human Rights Defender, Media Specialist and Journalist in Hasht e Subh Daily Newspaper (in English, 8 a.m.) in Afghanistan. In his capacity as the Editor in Chief of the leading and largest independent newspaper, he has defined the human rights as a core value of the newspaper, and now Human Rights is a signature of the newspaper.

He talks about journalism in Afghanistan, the obstacles and threats journalists have to face while doing their work and gives an overview on the Afghan media landscape.
