Thomas Kohler is the CEO of conui, which runs InnoDays and InnoSchool. He is passionate about exploring the design of innovation platforms that create a positive impact. He is the co-founder of travel2change, a former Associate Professor at Hawaii Pacific University, visiting scholar at UC Berkeley and currently a lecturer at TU Berlin, WU Vienna and Management Center Innsbruck. His research has been published in journals such as the MIS Quarterly, California Management Review and the Harvard Business Manager.
