Then I flew straight into the mythic realms of #Greece, deep-diving into the #MythicBody course with the incomparable Josh Schrei of @emeraldpodcast.

Returned just in time to hold my annual #fallfoliage #yogaretreat at the breathtaking @weinguttauss,
and somehow still landed softly enough to close with a #nidra & #soundjourney workshop
and a fiery #trancedanceritual to usher us into autumn’s arms.

Now…
