but from separation to participation. And in CHAPTER SEVEN we also look at SANTOSHA, the NIYAMA … Many people misunderstand Santosha as « being satisfied with what you have. »But in the deeper yogic tradition it points toward something much more alive: resting so deeply in Being that relationship becomes generosity rather than need. When Santosha flowers… we stop asking people to complete us. We begin meeting them.
