Nataša Velikonja, rojena 1967, sociologinja, pesnica, lezbična aktivistka. Avtorica treh pesniskih zbirk (Abonma, 1994, Žeja, 1999, Plevel, 2004). Prevajalka del Monique Wittig, Lillian Faderman, Terese de Lauretis, Shari Benstock, Laure Cottingham, Richarda Goldsteina. Urednica revije ‘Lesbo’ in koordinatorka ‘Lezbične knjižnice’ v AKC Metelkova. Esejistka s področja kulturne politike (‘Urbana plemena’ – 1999, ‘Cooltura: uvod v kulturne studije’ – 2002, ‘Porocilo skupine za spremljanje nestrpnosti’ – 2004, ‘Grafitarji’ – 2004). Kolumnistka na Radiu Študent (‘Terminal’) in dnevniku Večer (‘Smeri razvoja’). / Nataša Velikonja (1967) is a sociologist, poet, translator and essay writer. She has published three books of poetry: Abonma (1994), Žeja (Thirst, 1999) and Plevel (Weeds, 2004). Her translations include some works by Monique Wittig, Lillian Faderman, Teresa de Lauretis, Laura Cottingham, Shari Benstock. She is a homo activist, an editor of the lesbian magazine Lesbo and a coordinator of the Lesbian Library in Ljubljana.
