#15 HEALTH AS COMMONS – STRUGGLES IN EUROPE

This show is based on a conversation with Susana from London, who is involved in various forms of mutual legal support and anti-crisis-politics protests there. We speak about the practices of legal observing and court monitoring as taking place during the UK student movement in 2010-12. We also reflect on the role of the courts and prison system in dispelling protest and managing the social, opening to a line of thought here relates to the way the crisis is policed and how community schemes to control the police, such as that of the Black Panther Party, relate to a broader politics of social reproduction. As we talk, we also play some thematically selected songs.
