Tony Jack’s second rehearsal show at Radio Helsinki. His guest is Alvis Reid. Both share a common history: The Caribbean as their origin and both live in Graz now for some years. In his show Tony wants to highlight the caribbean culture, it’s colonial bias, which can be traced back to Africa, India and Europe.
Alvis Reid currently resides in Austria as the bassist for Erste Allgemeine Versunsicherung, Millions of Dreads, Kixx-Symphonics, Dero & Klumzy, EGON7 and a number of side projects. He anticipates his debut CD „Journey” to be released in the near future.
