Gea and Helga Maria Lang in collaboration from 10 till 11:00 on 29.12.2021 for the last show of the year. From topics of astrology, birthdays, stories and encouraging words for 2022. Gea presented listeners «Journaling the flow», reflection process she prepared for self-recognition where we are, how was our 2021 and in what implementations we would like to invest in 2022. As promised, here are text and questions for self-reflection time. Enjoy:

«Let the creative flow of insights bring you closer to yourself» Gea

For most of the parts of our lives we can’t talk so clearly about beginnings and ends, because
most of the changes happen in the flow. Maybe first a feeling in the body, awareness, sense of
newcoming, then our emotions start feeling the state of being, our rational mind (with help of
emotional intelligence) prepares wishes, visions, ideas. And in all together – with the
environment around us – we are transforming in combination of rhythms.
As sensed, most of the processes are happening parallel, some in a clearer time frame, some
over a longer period. Some naturally, some more structured, formed, supported by intention.
But there is one thing that is common to all what is happening with us all:

transformation generation evolution forming
reorganization magnification maturing establishing
revision widening expansion modification
rebuilding change spread extension
initiation reconstruction progress adaptation
origination growth blossoming metamorphosis

For most of us – most of the time life flows without stopping and acknowledging
WHERE AM I in the processes listed above. That is why reflection as a form of self-care
can be such a powerful tool of recognition WHERE ARE WE – to see the parallel
between PAST– PRESENT – FUTURE self.

In front of you, there are 50 questions for self-reflection of your PAST (focus on year
2021), PRESENT (your current state of being), FUTURE (focus on 2022). Take a sheet
of paper, take your time, take yourself to the honest journey of observation, reflection,
affirmation and gratitude of who you became, who you are and where your growth
can expand.

RETURN TO THE BODY
Imagine…
The feeling you need most at the moment.
It can be a feeling of closeness,
Self-confidence, security, …
When was the last time you felt it?
Where in the body is it stored?
Touch it.
Hear it.
It’s known to you. It’s yours.
Imagine what shape, colour, texture it is.

Save it and recall it whenever you need it.
Allow yourself to be in touch with your internal sources of power.
