Haare und Cultural Appropriation

This program is about the too rarely discussed topic of colorism. A term from the US-American that describes that the more blacks, indigenous people and people of color resemble a white norm, the easier it is for them in life. On the one hand, colorism is clearly noticeable in the white majority society and on the other hand, there is a lot of tension in black communities about the problem. Therefore we dedicate one hour to this topic by pointing out the origins of this form of discrimination, sharing our personal experiences about it and also talking about what we can change in our everyday life but especially within the Black community.
