Once the yogi masters udana VAYU, they have the ability to walk over water, mud and thorns without touching them. The yogi has the ability to levitate. Juchuuuu, finally we learn to fly!
Before we touch on the more metaphysical aspects of this sutra, we’ll dive into udana vayu and in general that flow of prana, the primordial force animating sensations and actions in all living beings.
And all of the sudden this week was all of the sudden all about the age of aquarius for me, so I started looking into it…
