On the occasion of its tenth birthday, the CIPRA Youth Council explored the theme of quality of life from a youth perspective. On 1 July 2023, the members organised a podcast workshop, followed by a panel discussion with Joanna Kornacki from the Austrian Alpine Association, Axel Giottonini from the Youth Forum of the Swiss Working Group for Mountain Regions and Tom Van de Plassche from “Protect Our Winters Italy”. After the panel session, the participants shared their opinions on quality of life in the Alps in a recorded group discussion. This special episode provides a unique perspective on the views and opinions of the younger generation living in the Alpine region.
