While we sit in the comfort of warm homes, in the company where we work, or by the shore, there are others out in the world, delivering the food we enjoy. These couriers are often unseen, invisible to our eyes, working without proper conditions, without contracts, without the equipment their task demands. Even when the skies darken with storms, when the streets are flooded or the cold bites in winter’s grasp, the only message they receive is: We wish you a safe ride. Yet, what they truly seek is respect, recognition, and dignity for their labor—not just from the companies that employ them, but from all of us who rely on their service. It’s time we see them, honor them, and advocate for the fairness they deserve.
