With yoga, you not only work on yourself, but you are also able to unlock channels to connect with others. However, the process always starts within you: finding a positive dialogue with your body, with yourself, treating yourself with respect and kindness and finding a loving non-judgmental self-awareness is what you practice on the mat and will take into your life.
